How can I remove the myFaves® rate plan from my account?
Removing myFaves from your account is as simple as changing your rate plan. Rate plan changes will become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle. For instructions on changing your rate plan from My T-Mobile, go to How do I change my rate plan from My T-Mobile?
Once the myFaves rate plan has been removed, you will receive a free confirmation text message.
NOTE: If you remove the myFaves rate plan, calls to and from your myFaves contacts will no longer be free. Removing myFaves will also disable the myFaves menu items on your phone.

What is myFaves®?
myFaves is a new rate plan that allows T-Mobile customers to save money each month! With a myFaves rate plan, you are able to choose five numbers that you make and receive calls to and from the most. Calls to and from these numbers are included in the myFaves rate plan, and you will not be billed for these calls.
