You got to check out this phone from HTC to Verizon, another strike for T-Mobile, why is my mobile provider so late on everything, phone technology and 3G/4G network. By the way my mother in Killeen, Tx has a G-1 running GPRS, they told her it's 3G, thanks T-Mobile

If you don't like T-Mobile than leave and go to that nasty verizon. I have been with T-Mobile for 4 years now and have my whole family on my account and we couldn't be any happier. I have the G1 and I knew there is no 3G in my area and my phone works just fine w/o 3G. Sometimes you have to do your own research on phones with a carrier before you buy it, that's what I do before I up grade. I have found not all csr's in stores at T-Mobile are as knowledgeable as they should be.

Don't get me wrong, I have been with the program since Powertel, to Voicestream and now T-Mobile, which is well over 9 years. I have been with them when they always had the premier phones, and one of the first to introduce GMS into the market. I have taken their service to Germany, Kuwait, and Fallujah, Iraq, which was the only service provider with connection during my tour overseas. T-Mobile a global giant, just not in the US. A year ago I bought a phone from HTC, a top notch high end phone, unlocked because T-Mobile couldn't provide a well equipped phone. T-Mobile helped introduce HTC to the US market, and Google's "Android" operating system. Now, HTC provides the better Windows base phone to Verizon, and the better Android phone to both Verizon and Sprint. I'll still like the T-Mobile service, just not a fan of their phones. I can understand about the CSR's in the stores, I usually excel knowledge in the company and service. Thanks for your input.
