My name is Chris, I'm in Albuquerque, NM at Jefferson Commons tech call center. I am in Tier 3 PDA and Blackberry Support, i've been with t-mobile 4 days past 3 yrs now. I am a total PDA geek i guess. I've currently got the MDA, Shadow, Blackberry 8100 and Blackberry 8800. ( which i keep at my desk for t/s purposes here at work)  I have had countless others, but my roomates now using by 8700g, my girl and her daughter each have the 8120. I was a complete blackberry devotee with my 8800... until this G1 came out. there are very few things that my 8800 does better ( email, modem) and I am starting to be turned....

My name is Dominic. I have been a happy T-Mobile employee for over 5 years, and I was a happy customer for a couple of years before that. My position at T-Mobile is Advanced Technical Support (tier 3), in sunny New Mexico.

My name is Chad.  I have been happily employed with T-Mobile for 3 years.  I have been an avid Blackberry user for 3 years.  I am in the PDA/UMA (Blackberry, Windows mobile and Hotspot @ Home calling) rep for 2 years.

I must say the G1 is my new favorite device.  Its not a blackberry and its not a windows mobile device.  I think its the next best thing since sliced bread.  The team that has been posting the G1 in the forums to be opened up soon is full of great people and experiences with the device.  Take a look at the posts and reply with any questions you have.

My name is Rachel and I am currently a Tier 2 handset rep out of Colorado. I have been working with T-Mobile for 2 and a half years now and love it I am a compulsive phone switcher and have had many handsets and devices like Sidekick, Wing, blackberry...and now G1 !!

The G1 is opening many new doors for me and I am always excited to see what new application I can mess around with from the market.  It definently keeps me entertained. I really like to go and do new things at the drop of the hat and the G1 is just making it that much easier for me to fuel my spontaneous side (without getting lost)

Hey I'm a former T-mo customer, I had absolutely NO issues with T-Mobile when I was a customer but alas I wanted a Moto Q and my wife got a Q from work (both on V). I've been out of contract on the Q for almost 2 years, just going month to month waiting for something better to come along (Q is still going strong but is starting to fall apart, besides I see rednecks and old people sporting them now). That something better is the G1. I'm psyched about it and I will either be camping out or getting there early on the 22nd. My big question for the T-Mo gurus are how many units they expect to be delivered to an individual store for walk in unreserved sale, and what my best bet is for getting one on the 22nd. I live in MD and my almost local (large standalone) T-Mo store has confirmed that they WILL be getting them. Would the MALL be a better idea (because people can't camp out directly?) I plan on chatting up the local store to get an idea of if they are expecting campers. I'm self employed and I use google EVERYTHING Calendar (I hate outlook), Gmail, Finance, Reader, I hope this device is everything I expected from my Q without the microjunque bull crap. BTW I just wooted a 4GB micro SD for the thing for 5 bucks, not too shabby.

Hello, my name is Trisha and I work directly with T-Mobile Engineers in identifying and resolving network issues. I am currently with Advanced Technical Care and have been with T-Mobile for more than 5 years. I am a BlackBerry user but have been giving the G1 a chance, and so far, I have really enjoyed the functionality! I seem to be addicted to Balls 2 the Wall though and cannot put my device down! I have a family of Black Berry users as well and have been sharing this awesome device with each of them. Half of them have already switched to the G1! Amazing!

My name is Michael, got pointed to this forum by a T-Mobile employee and figured i'd check it out. As for me i'm a car guy more than I am a phone guy but I do like learning how things tick, so i'm currently seeing how much abuse my G1 can take.

BEEN WITH TMOBILE SINCE FOREVER. ALWAYS LOVE SERVICE, PLANS. PHONES WER ALWAYS OK UP UNTIL LAST FEW YEARS. ANYONE WHO HAD A PROBLEM WITH TMOBILE, IT WAS BCUS OF PHONES. NEVER REALLY MATTERED TO ME UNTIL I DESIRED TO DO MORE ON MY PHONE. TMOBILE GOT BETTER AND I FIGURED IF I HUNG IN THERE WITH THEM ID END UP WITH JUST WHAT I WANTED. U GUYS PROVED ME RIGHT... I AM PATIENTLY ANTICIPATING THE ARRIVAL OF MY G1 FOR NOV 10TH.  I CURRENTLY HAVE A MOTOROLA KRZR THAT I LOVE. BUT I HAVE BUMPED IT UP  A LIL, HAD IT REPLACED ONCE AND NOW HERE COMES THE G1. I USED TO HATE FLIP PHONES UNTIL THE MOTOROLA PEBBLE. THAT AND THE KRZR ARRE THE ONLY TWO PHONES THAT I ACTUALLY SPENT THE MONEY FOR AND DIDNT MIND. NOW THAT I HAVE GOTTEN USED TO FLIP PHONES, WE ARE IN THE HANDHELD, PDA MOVEMENT. SO NOT FAIR. THE IPHONE IS A LOOKER AND IT ONLY THING THAT CURVED THE TEMPTATION WAS HAVING TO SWITCH CARRIERS. DIDNT WANT ONE BADLY ENUF. I KNEW MY TMOBILE WOULD COME THRU FOR ME.

Hey this is byron I am for Wayne NJ and got my phone and it is just what it is super fat phone only thing I cant see video's due to no Flash so I hope someone post some info on how to view videos from certain sites.  I have to say I been with T-mobile for about 4 years and never had any drama with them.
