i am figuring it started tuesday afternoon, wednesday, and now coming up on thursday.. not counting hours just days of the week its effected me. hopefully it wont be tmrw as well though..

Nope, just been an IT professional for enough years to have realistic expectations about the "in"fallibility of technology and the people who run it.
And also feel, if people are going to **bleep** about something, they should probably have read what their contract says about it first.

It's 10:20 pm here, haven'thad a text for about an hour and a half, able to make calls. Called tech, she said she'd do a cancel location. Maybe it'll work.

Thats because you don't have a contract with them. I have been with Tmobile since they were voicestream so I haven't had a contract for years. My husband upgraded my phone and then put me on a 2 year contract, since then I have had nothing but problems (billing, dropped calls, etc)

It is now 01:26 on the 5th and I do not have Internet access on my phone. I don't have to have it right now, but as a point of reference to the technicians that thought it was completely fixed everywhere. Good luck guys; and yes, I have restarted my phone.

yes my sister and brother in law had been with voicestream and then it got switched to T-mobile ans nuthin but problems after that for them. I started with t-mobile only 6 years ago but they are starting to really bother me. More problems in the last year than in the 5 years before that. I am definitely looking into a different phoen company...

As a long time customer; constantly being praised as being one via telephone calls; I wish to know what occurred in New York City from about 7:20 pm to 7:50 pm. I know for a fact that most of New York City was affected. Thank you.

im STILL not abel to recieve a text or get an incoming call. but if i try to text anyone or call them they get it. i'm beyond HATING this now because pretty much everyone else i know has full service again, even my parents who dont need their phone 99% as much as me!![]()

This is obviously not fixed. In fact, it just started for me (Eugene, OR). This is immensely disappointing, as I've only been with T-Mobile a few months, and unless significant compensation is offered I will be looking into dropping my contract based on your incompetence.

I'm in Portland,Or and this just started after midnight for me (thursday) It's 1:04am and I am still without service. I have been with the company almost 4 years and this is a first for me. What sucks though is that I was actually using my phone when this happened. I hope this is resolved by morning or else you guys are gonna have A LOT of angry customers =P

Lane County without service, Junction City Doesn't even access Tower network although FID is being tx from tower
@Nifer Some things happen, It's best to let them know where the issue is so they can fix it, who knows maybe some hacker from Verizon got in and messed up there servers, Maybe they did think they had the problem fixed.
