Well T-Mobile is going green the msg you got was to let you know that no more paper billing or for $1.50 per month then you can still get paper billing other than that you have myt-mobile.com to view your bills and even print them :smileyhappy:
I love it here :smileyhappy: Click Solutions if you got your Solution .

Re: Got text message staying no more paper billing

If this change upsets you, there's a thread going about it over here that you're welcome to join.

T-Mobile seems rather unresponsive on the matter (not even paying it the lip service that they're giving to the "Take back the beep" movement), so I wouldn't hold your breath for a positive resolution.  Calling customer service or any of the T-Mobile numbers available on-line wouldn't be a bad idea, though, especially if you can get past the call-center employees to a real T-Mobile person.

The "going green" explanation that is the sum total of the official logic behind the change makes for a pretty thin cover story and it embarrasses me to hear people repeat it.  The only "green" involved is the ink on the money that T-Mobile wishes to add to the balance book.
