text message ringtone problem..?

Okay, well whenever I set a ringtone for my text messages to a song, let's say the ringtone is 30 seconds long, the ringtone song will not stop playing even after I've read my text message. Any help or suggestions would be great!

Thats because it automacily loops it. Message alerts need to be under 6 seconds to work properly
