Sidekick LX Web Not Working

I recently got a sidekick from a friend and the sales rep I spoke to over the phone gave me the wrong services. I asked for Talk+Text+Web with 500 Mins for $59.99 and he gave me Talk+Text with 500 for $39.99 with Unlimited Web for $10.00.
Of course, I notice this wasn't going to work with the sidekick, so I chatted with Customer Care and fixed the plan, along with resetting the sidekick to my old registration info from a year ago. The Specialist informed me that the web would work on and off for 2-48 hours. This is basically what happened:
Me: Okay, it works! thank you!
Cust. Care: You are welcome! It was my pleasure.
Cust. Care: The internet may work on and off for the next 2-48 hours, but that is just because it take 2-48 hours for full provisioning.
Me: Okay
Cust. Care: Do you have any additional questions or concerns for me Lynn? If you refresh your T-mobile online page it should show we have you on the right plan you requested.
Me: No, I think thats all for today
Me: Thank you so much!
I did all this on Saturday the 14h, and now it's Wednesday the 18th. How much longer should I wait? My web should be working by now... I keep refreshing my phone by restarting it and removing the battery, but it keeps saying "The Web Browser service has closed the connection".
Has anyone else had this problem? What's wrong with it?
