Yes, this has been happening to me, and I have also had problems recently with my highlight not playing videos...I called TMobile and told them what my phone was doing. They verified it was a reported problem and within 5 minutes had a new phone sent out to me UPS express shipping, no charge. I checked UPS tracking and it should be here tomorrow since today is a holiday. Best customer service ever!
