Hey everyone, below you will find some commonly asked questions regarding the recent Sidekick data disruption.
We will update this as needed.
Do I need to call Care to get the credit?
No, we will automatically apply this credit to all impacted post paid/Flex Pay customers with a Sidekick dataplan.
How much will be credited?
Impacted customers will be credited for one month of Sidekick data service.
What if I’ve already been credited?
All impacted Sidekick users will receive this credit for one month of Sidekick data service. For those who have already received a credit, you will receive additional credit as needed to bring you up to the full ammount of your Sidekick data plan.
When will I see it on my bill?
For most customers, it will appear on your next bill. However, some customers may not see it until their following billing cycle.
How can I confirm that I’ve received the credit?
Once the credit is applied, you will be able to view the credit via your MyT-Mobile account. Please allow at least one week for credit to be applied to all accounts.
I am a prepaid customer, how will I be receiving a credit?
At this time prepaid customers will have to contact us.
