FYI -- these "gel skins" and the regular cases TM sells for the Cliq do in fact scratch the hell out of the Cliq. In fact, they can even remove chunks of the silver coating on the sides. It happened to my Cliq as well as a friend's.

If you remove it properly and carefully it should be ok.. Ive put mine off and on many times already,, its plastic with a rubber coating so it has some give, just pull a bit harder on a side and it comes off easily.

Is a skin rubbery and wraps around the edges of the phone or is it just something that sticks to the surface?

Does anyone else have a noticable hott spot where the battery is after using it for a while or while charging?

If you do, does anyone know if this case gets rid of this problem??
