As far as I know.
Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, and Bing, are all available for download. But it might take a phone reset to work..
Do a soft reset as you won't lose data. Or just turn your phone off and on.

Since T-mobile and microsoft will not have their stuff straight in another couple days are we going to be credited for another month of paying for something we are not receiving? We are all paying for services like the catalog and if it is not available then I should receive a credit. I'd prefer if they actually got it running, can't wait to switch to a blackberry.
How come everytime I call to see what the status is of the downloads, they tell me to check the website but they have yet to include any information about the catalog. Is customer service trying to help or just kindly trying to get me off the phone?

Not sure if you were joking but are they giving $100 cards? I can't wait until the new 3g blackberry hits this month. Finally a phone with some serious support.

Ok so I was really pissed yesterday and did a online chat for answers. I did this because I figured I could get some answers faster then I could if I called. First I was wrong about that it took almost thirty minutes for someone to logon. Ok so I had questions about the download catalog, I asked when it was expected to be back up and running. the ladies name was Susan and she told me there isn't one it will be up when all the bugs are fixed. So I said that figures, so then I asked about getting another phone. I asked about the new HTC Touch Pro2 and how much would it be. She told me that it would be well over 400, so I said screw that I paid close to full price when the 08 Sidekick first came out I wasnt doing that again not this soon. So I asked does Tmobile not care about there customers, with all this **bleep** going on with the Sidekick you would think they would want to help us out if we decided to get another phone. So then i asked about the 100 dollar gift card that Tmobile promised us when **bleep** started going south. She said that Tmobile has a list of customers that they plan on sending the gift card to, I told her thats not what we were told and she went on saying thats whats gonna end up happening. Oh and now I cacn't send or recieve text messages. It just keeps getting better and better.

T-mobile no longer gives an email address where you can complain to and receive a response because they say that I can get better solutions to my issues and problems. There solution is this forum but I have yet to have a T-mobile employee answer any of my questions with a desired response. I don't care about excuses just answers, why are sidekick users paying for service that is not what we agreed upon when we purchased our Sidekicks. Lets go t-mobile, enough is enough.

this is so depressing! i have been with tmobile since 2004, and have used sidekicks since 2005, i havve always loved tmobile never have had problems til this crash... i am deeply dissapointed that they dont have a better way of dealing with this... its lie Y2K for the sidekick lol i just hope after this they are very careful and mae sure it doesnt happen again. i got my update in the middle of the night catalog still isnt working... someday....someday......

Mine isn't working either. It just says "Fetching Catalog Contents" My catalog has been like that for about a month. I recently had lost my Theme that I had purchased and I was wondering if T Mobile will fix this eventually. *Sigh* Hopefully i do, I want my theme back! ![]()

My catalog still says "Fetching Data" and my email is also not working. I upgraded my phone to a SK2008 right about the time of the outage as well so I haven't had much time to enjoy it at all. Getting bored with the same old ring tones. And now they've had another outage.

you can't download apps or anything unless you unlock the phone to enable danger software creator, but its a little complicated and it voids ur warranty but you can download themes easily for free and you can send yourself ringtones via email or text

ive had my sidekick for about 2 months and nothing seems to work right.the catalog wont download either.it shuts its self off and the battery is always on charge. my hubby has similar issues with his blackberry 8300 series.. i know im looking for something better than this.. i cant afford to pay for something im NOT RECEIVING..this is a waste of money..
