In the future, ask to speak with their supervisor and pass along the good kudos to them. It's great to have good reps recognized and sure does make them feel good. I know from first hand experience. 
Anytime I have to speak to anyone at T-Mobile I almost always give a kudos to the rep I dealt with even if it was something simple that took 10 seconds.
