When trying to access Album, I get logged out

I have started a new thread to accumulate complaints in one area.  I wish lame users would stop posting messages entitled, "Help me!" or "Read This!".

Bonehheads.

I have contacted support twice - no response.  Nice!

Issue:  I have a laptop where I cannot log into My T-mobile pictures.  I can successfully access my account, and look at account billing, etc., however when I attempt to open the (photo) Album, I get logged out when the software attempts to re-direct me to www.mytmobilepictures.com. (or whatever it is...)

This Album log-in process works on my office desktop machine – log in, view & download pictures ok.  But then  can't download to Picasa at work, that's why it's called a "Work Machine".

On the laptop, I have made the Album site a “Trusted Site” in Windows XP Home, pop-up bIlocker is off (WIndows and Google tool-bar) , and my anti-virus software is not alerting me.  I just get logged out and have to re-enter my password back at the  my.t-mobile.com screen.

I want to send my pics to Picasa & Snapfish from my laptop, but cannot get to them.

Hello Support?  Anyone listening?

It's my first post!

I'm not sure if you ever got an answer but you need to make sure you are not using safari web browser. If you are you would want to download either internet explorer or firefox.

Re: When trying to access Album, I get logged out

I've had this problem alot too and i finaly found what was wrong with my computer, I didn't update the time after daylight saving so the hour was off. After i fixed my time I was able to get right back on.

What is happening is that the computer logs in @ 10:05, and the server would record the 10:05, then the customer would try to go to a differnat page and the computer would says that its 11:06 because the time is off, and the website would come on and ask to log in again because it timed out.

Re: When trying to access Album, I get logged out

I've had the same problem since I first bought our prepaid phones in July.  Both of our computers at home are running XP over Comcast, one with IE6 and one with IE7.  The time zone and DST are correct.  But we get logged out whenever we try to access My Album from our computers at home.

However, when I try to access My Album at work, it does let me in and I can see the picture in My Album just fine.  I just don't want to be doing that at work.  I work for a large company that has a business relationship with T-Mobile.  We use XP and IE6.

So I suspect that T-Mobile's partner company that handles My.T-Mobilepictues.com uses logic something like this: "Request is from prepaid customer; reject connection unless request is coming through a private network that represents a lot of money."

Re: When trying to access Album, I get logged out

I have always had a problem with trying to get to my album.  I have used Internet explorer and Google Chrome and it keeps logging me out.  Whoever manages the website at T-mobile sucks because there have always been problems with the website ESPECIALLY  MY ALBUMS!!!!! Is there a way to contact someone at T-Mobile to fix this problem?? It's starting to get real old fast.

yes, you can contact tmobile. Ask for tech support. They can help. However you may want to check to make sure your pop ups aren't blocked on the tmobile site. The album does pull up as a pop up. Also if you have a firewall make sure that tmobile.com is an allowed site or trusted site.

Re: When trying to access Album, I get logged out

I am having the same problem -- keep getting logged out and sent back to the log-in page every time I try to access Album. I had been using Chrome to access Album since July '09 and it worked flawlessly until some time in November. I haven't been able to get in since then.
